Zimaya Musk is Great, is not a great dupe for it. Musk Therapy is certainly higher quality. Musk is Great has the sharp synthetic note, that reminds me of a box of matches. It's prevalent in a lot of Middle Eastern dupes. Synthetic oud, maybe? Musk Therapy is smooth, and creamy, and I prefer it over Musk is Great. I just wished it was affordable. Maybe someday.”
“There is a really offensive top note I cannot quite place that jumps out at me when on my skin. It’s very aggressive and overpowering. The dry down is a different story. The musk really comes out, resulting in a warm, wearable fragrance. There is a touch of an almost clinical soapy scent to me, which catches me off guard, but is interesting and not enough to put me off. The opening however, is. For the price point, it doesn’t stand out in a market full of musk perfumes and that sharp opening note makes it unwearable on me until a few hours have passed.”
