āI have been anticipating this release! First off, it is lovely, cozy, and wearable and an easy unisex fragrance to enjoy. I really looked forward to the rhubarb and peppermint adding just the amount of green and tangy freshness and Jordi FernĆ”ndez did not miss! The opening is fantastic, but short lived. My wish is that the bright citrus opening would last throughout the development of this fragrance. I don't think that the almost body lotion-like dry down is worthy of the hefty price tag. I will wait for the extrait. Also, where are the woods we were promised?ā
āLove this stuff, gonna pick up a bottle. My sister and my girlfriend both gave it a 7/10 on the drydown, both said its good.I'd say the opening is a 9/10 and drydown is similar to blue talisman. I don't like blue talisman but this here is š„.Once I pick this up and if the irreverents extrait lives up to the hype once its out end of this year these will be my only 2 bottles and I'll sell all of my collection.ā
āI wore this ultra-hyped Demon Dancer at Harrods and honestly, itās not for me.Itās similar to Blue Talisman (which I also donāt like) but much sharper, with some very tart green and citrusy notes that hits you the whole time (hours and hours). Iām starting to get annoyed with that rhubarb note in perfumery, it smells like celery to me. Like nuclear, radioactive green. So tart and sharp. It will probably appeal to a lot of people. But I donāt think itās among the best creations ever made. I see it more as a twist on Blue Talisman rather than a different, new, and original creation.ā
