Best Tom Ford Lost Cherry Dupe
Ophidian Black Cherry captures the cherry-forward sweetness and almond bitterness of Lost Cherry reasonably well, with a comparable floral-gourmand balance in the heart. However, the base feels slightly less sophisticated, with the vetiver and peru balsam nuances muted in favor of a more straightforward amber-tonka sweetness that lacks the original's subtle spice complexity.
The clone delivers the cherry and almond top notes accurately but softens the woody undertones and misses some of the balsamic sophistication in the dry-down. Longevity and sillage are also noticeably lighter than the original Tom Ford formulation.
