Oros Fleur captures the signature cherry-almond-rose DNA of Lost Cherry reasonably well, with a similar sweet gourmand structure and woody base. However, the clone lacks the sophistication of the original's Peru Balsam spice and the nuanced griotte liqueur character, resulting in a slightly more linear and less complex scent progression.
The clone performs with slightly shorter longevity (5-6 hours vs 8+ hours) and a more muted sillage. The middle notes feel less layered, missing some of the original's subtle spiced cherry complexity and floral elegance.
