Lovefest Burning Cherry

“For the first five minutes, this perfume smells exactly like Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry. But the cherry and fruity notes dissipate almost instantly, after which the drydown smells very similar to Maison Margiela’s By The Fireplace. The name of this perfume, Burning Cherry, is an apt descriptor as the fragrance smells like a single maraschino cherry being swallowed up in a smoldering fire. I only wish the cherry lasted longer.”

“I know Kayali scents do not last but this is a heartbreaker for me. I am on my second or third bottle and really want to find a similar scent that is as balanced and sexy in the cherry family without smelling like a pack of marlboros on the drydown. And sadly this one is the one. Just wish it lasted. I will keep buying until I find something better. The opening is to die for and it's such a great use of really photorealistic palo santo.”

“I love this scent but the longevity is garbage. Much prefer the Black Cherry Paris Corner version of this like by far, lasts way longer and smells the same. I'm not usually into dupe houses but for this one if you're like me and you love it but want a longer lasting version then I'd definitely suggest Ophidian Black Cherry.”
