“A very close dupe without the plastic accord or the savoury ambergris of the extract. It literally smells like a fairground, the cotton candy is captured perfectly but there is a Middle Eastern saffron accord that adds complexity and character. It’s brightened up by a fresh orange zest. The performance is tragic which disqualifies it as a BR540 clone. It disappears within one hour of application. I sprayed 50 sprays today and it was undetected by everyone around me.”

Manège Rouge has a soft opening that might make an impatient fragrance explorer hurriedly label MR as a watered down copy of the masterpiece.
