“I enjoy the original BR540 but not necessarily enough to buy a full bottle. From the dupes I've tried so far (I can't get over the burnt plastic note present in both Club de Nuit Untold and Amber Oud Ruby Edition, and Cloud is a completely different fragrance to my nose) this is definitely closest to the original. It's a bit sweeter and less complex than the original but surprisingly good considering the lower price.”
“Definitely has similarities to br540. Haven’t tried the original amber oud rouge but thinking I should have gone with that one. This one does have a br540 vibe but it’s a lot more metallic and sharp. Not so warm and round like the the real thing. Also smells more fruity than the real thing. Projection isn’t there at all but lasts a while. It’s halfway between the edp and extrait maybe more similar to the edp.”
“This is probably the best dupe to BR540 and I’ve sampled a lot of dupes to this fragrance! I only have a decant of 540, so I wear this more often. Literally it’s like 98% a dupe.. and longevity and sillage may actually be better (or atleast the same) as the OG! This fragrance is the only thing stopping me from purchasing a FB of the og, bc literally no one can tell the difference, not even me 😅 great to wear year round as well!”
