“The opening is a blast of everything in the spice cabinet. I don’t like it.When it dries it changes completely; it smells like zefiro with a smooth vanilla base. Same perfumer?Hate the opening, love the dry down.”
“I received a decant and instantly smell an animalic note similar to Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac. It doesn’t smell exactly like it but similar to me. Ivory Route definitely more masculine and spicy. Not sure if it’s full bottle worthy, but it’s smells good 8/10 for me. I would pick this over Absolute Aphrodisiac as its animalic note makes me feel sick. Ivory Route is smoother and gets even smoother after 45-60 min dry down. Good stuff.”
“Very similar opening to Memo AF, but less cardamom. I eventually sold this one because of the overwhelming madagascar vanilla in the base. Objectively, a veerryy good fragrance. I think I prefer AF because of the slightly more “watery” cardamom, and vanilla-less drydown.”
