“I tried this because I have seen numerous comparisons to Glossier Doux in my search for a longer-lasting 'dupe' of Doux. I smell nothing similar. It's overwhelmingly citrus-y in the opening. It smells like the kind of soap they have in the shower at fancy hotels. It then becomes very faint very quickly. It gets better in the drydown, but doesn't come close to any of my favorite fragrances.”
“This is the fourth scent I'm sampling from this brand. Again, no longevity, no sillage. I could barely even tell what this smells like, was it fig? I will never know. Ridiculous, considering the price. Also, this brand has the tiniest samples (0.75 ml) with no spraying cap. I conclude that I am a hater of this brand. So done with overpriced overhyped scents.”
“I absolutely love the opening of this. A creamy green tea with some citrus in the background. I wish it kept that soft creamy tea opening but it becomes more orange-ish on my skin on the dry down.EDIT (04.04.26): I've come to appreciate the dry-down of this. It becomes a bit "sour" is the best way I can put it but not in a bad way.”

The clone has slightly weaker sillage and longevity (typically 4-5 hours versus 6-7 on the original). French Avenue's version is cleaner and more linear, lacking some of the nuanced tea and woody depth found in Le Labo's version.
