“A little strange spice opening but the dry down is fabulous! Maybe the opening note is sesame that smells like a dried spice (cumin? Pizza seasoning?) to my nose. Not sure. I'm still in love with it as the spice scent does not last forever.”

“even though i am largely anti- gourmand, there are two perfumes that smell like food that i love. bake by akro and this one. while bake smells like the sun but sweet, this smells like the sun but savoury. a pile of laundry fresh out of the dryer, a cat basking in sunlight shining through the window on the wood floor. it smells like rice, sesame, a fresh sheet of paper. a little goes a long way, and it develops over time, being one of few lasting diptyques imo.”

Very inoffensive, same vibes as Pure Grace or Amazing Grace from Philosophy, but more expensive smelling.The most similar scent that I have is Amber by Nemat (maybe not the opening but absolutely the dry down)!This is delicate yet potent. It’s decent price point for how much you get. It’s not mind blowing or a “masterpiece scent” but it is absolutely lovely.”
