“It is a nice fragrance and I would like it on anybody that is wearing it. However I would not buy it, simply because it reminds me so much of Encre Noir, I would almost say it is identical, although I have not compared it side by side on my skin. Therefore I think it is not worth the price and at this price point and limited availability, I would go for a more unique niche perfume. The longevity and sillage are okay, but not amazing.”

“Very nice, gotta love vetiver. I think this is such a great blend and would make the perfect daily / office scent for men. I already own TF Grey Vetiver and honestly think the dry downs are pretty close. Sycamore is the smoother of the two but price wise bang for the buck very similar. I think Chanel is missing the boat not offering the higher end scents at local Department Stores. We all don’t have boutiques near by to try these. I’m sure Tom doesn’t mind fattening his pockets lol.”

“The only notes Chanel lists are vetiver, cedar, and vanilla. I definitely get the vetiver and cedar but not so much the vanilla (maybe a tiny bit in the dry down but it's more a texture of smoothness than a scent). It's beautiful and airy, completely unisex, and perfect for autumn. The price is outrageous, however, and the sillage and longevity are awful on me.”
