“I had a batch from 2014 and still have one from 2021, both Eaux de Parfum. Either yearslong maceration/oxidation played a significant role, or the old stuff really was better. The new batch has the vanilla and vetiver dialed up, whereas the older batch maintained its fruitier lemon primacy all the way through the drydown.Performance in terms of longevitous projection indeed isn't great, but it does last all day on clothes. Just spray a few times close-up on the same spot of your t-shirt, and you'll enjoy it well into the evening.”

“Favorite lemon fragrance. I want to give it a perfect score, but performance is ass. Try to overspray this, it's impossible. Even on clothes, it doesn't last long. I'll see if it projects more during the high summer heat. I dont get how they can make allure homme eau extreme last so much longer but completely flunk the longevity on this one.Legitimately thinking of buying molecule 01 or 02 just to make sure this lasts and projects better, because it goes away from my clothes so quickly. Yet on my skin it sticks but doesnt project at all.”

“Smells like a much softer Aoud Lemon Mint by Mancera, just without the almond heavy notes, staying power and projection. This is more lemon forward than ALM and less nivea cream smelling.Here you're paying for the chanel name and IMO not getting your moneys worth.For the same price Manera ALM does lean more fem, but that's because you can smell it after 5 minutes and make that distinction.for the price... I'd say rather buy ALM, its a better bottle , better sprayer, better presentation and a longer lasting scent, and a magnetic cap! extra point right there.This review is for the EDP version.”
