Dirty Rice

“Smells exactly like the warm steam rising up from your freshly cooked rice. Unfortunately this is so soft that I don’t think it’s worth buying. $200 for 50 mls is a terrible deal for this, because you’ll spray half the bottle trying to smell it. I love soft, close to the skin perfumes, but this one is so extreme I just cannot get behind it. If there’s ever a dupe or something similar for cheaper, let me know. Lovely fragrance, bad value.”

“Floral, musky sandalwood scent. The floral elements are very present on my skin. I don't think it smells particularly like rice, but I think the attempts to evoke a rice- or milk-like smell have rounded off the sandalwood and musk into something that smells like very clean human skin. Low projection, but lasts forever. If you apply it to your clothes, it will last through the wash.”

A Chanel fragrance on a high schooler. Add almond milk.Not the sexy rice I expected.I feel like this would be worn well in an office environment.Smells like someone who picks up their dry cleaning in a tucked in, well ironed, blue, slim, collared shirt with a black and silver belt and mid blue bootcut jean with slightly dated but expensive loafer. In a good way. Sophisticated, together but not in a try hard way.”
