“I had this one on my list because I liked the Artist No 1, and when it was very cheap, I decided to buy it. If I could have tried it, I definitely wouldn't have bought it... Honestly, I love myself some oud, and some of the ones that I have and love do get a little bit stanky as one. But the opening of this one is definitely very... barnyard-like. Together with the metallic saffron, you get something very odd... The drydown is more pleasant, but not outstanding in my mind. It doesn't warrant getting over the opening in my opinion...”
“I had ordered Number 1 and got this by mistake ! I was terrified to open it from SOME of the bad reviews on here ! Well, they are all being somewhat hysterical . This opens up with fruity notes that make you think it's going to be a BR540 clone- then it goes into Dark Rose Wood Oud .. as your basic $24.00 Arab Clone House would go . Not horrible as long as you know what you are getting in to. I'm gonna let this "sit and stew" but - I am less than hopeful. EDIT: Getting a LOT of what smells like raspberry now ! weird but it's has it's usefulness.”
“I just ordered this, just because i saw this is supposed to be a clone of The Night judging by the notes and all The reviews i'm seeing below are comparisons to The Moon which is weird...Will update once it arrives.Edit: Just got my bottle and on first spray it does remind me of The Night but after a couple of minutes it becomes more reminiscent of The Moon....This is actually good, it's not as strong but definitely captured the two scents well.It's like they combined the two fragrances together but definitely not as high quality.Can't go wrong with this especially for the price.”
