What people who wear Maison Alhambra Signatures No II report, based on votes and reviews from a large fragrance community.
“The dry down smells exactly like cassius and similar to exclusif tabac. I love tobacco scents so I love this fragrance. Wish it was a 3.4oz and not a 1.7oz. 9.5/10. It's a red tobacco clone but definitely not as harsh and the opening is different. It's red tobacco with a twist.”
“Patchouli and tobacco. Very similar to Cassius, a Carlise clone. It’s all right… a fragrance that’s now become rather generic.I like the fact that, as it dries down, the patchouli dominates over the other notes. The spiciness of the nutmeg fades within 20 minutes.I wouldn’t wear it for a night out, but it’s suitable for meetings or formal or semi-formal events in winter.A couple of years ago, it was a novelty. Today, with the range of similar fragrances available, albeit with more refined blends, it has become just another in the mass of Arabic fragrances imitating designer brands.”
“This was more an impulse than a blind buy after reading comments about the similarity to Carlisle. Only received it today but first spray was a blast of smoke & tobacco. I'll be patient for a few weeks and hope it changes.2 days after purchase: Yes, the opening is still quite harsh but it becomes much more pleasant as it dries down.”
