“To me, this isn’t a leathery scent, but rather a strongly herbal, spicy, and woody fragrance with very distinctive green herbal top notes. It bears some resemblance to TF Noir, but only a distant one. Mine is labeled “Roman Vll” and leans much more toward the green herbal side, unlike TF Noir, which is dominated by dark chocolate and cinnamon. I love both of them. Roman Vll offers great value for money if you’re looking for something unique and NOT a crowd-pleaser.”
