Spartan Oudh captures the essence of Oud Ispahan's oud-rose dynamic fairly well, with a prominent floral-woody profile. However, Dua's interpretation tends to emphasize the oud and patchouli more heavily, resulting in a slightly earthier, less refined composition compared to Dior's more balanced and elegant original.
Dua's version lacks some of the sophisticated rose prominence and labdanum sweetness found in the original, making it appear more oud-forward and less delicate. Longevity and sillage are also typically more modest in the clone compared to the designer fragrance.
