Amiri EDP captures the spicy-aromatic opening and woody base of Epic Man reasonably well, with similar bergamot-ginger brightness and oud prominence. However, the heart notes feel slightly less refined, with jasmine appearing less prominent, and the overall composition lacks some of the complexity and smooth transitions found in the original Amouage.
The clone delivers comparable longevity and sillage but with a slightly sharper, less balanced middle phase and less nuanced iris-amber development. The base is structurally similar but the original's sandalwood interplay feels more sophisticated.
