βI bought this after having The Kingdom by Lattafa, and it's definitely the better choice. It lasts longer and has a better dry down. However, it also has an alcohol blast in the opening and the mint can be a little overwhelming. Hopefully, it gets better with maturation.I also got Rayhaan Lion alongside this perfume and it smells much better with little to no alcohol blast, and it's also slightly cheaper. Luckily my man appreciates both so I am happy.β
βAmazing fragrance, just be aware the opening is a little harsh, but let it dry down a few minutes and you get a very close to JPG Le Male Elixir. Performance is very good, projection is average.Very mass appealing, everyone will compliment you when wearing it.β
βI have had Lionheart for around six months now and have allowed it to macerate, which has improved it. Upon first spraying it, to me, it has a very odd opening note. It smells quite earthy, very reminiscent of moist soil. But after a few minutes the mint and lavender comes out and itβs quite nice and strong. The dry-down reveals the honey and tobacco notes, which is quite pleasant. Sillage and longevity is very, very good. Apart from the dirty/earthy opening, itβs quite a good fragrance at the price point it is.β
