“Juicy orange-lemon up front, followed relatively quickly by a dark, masculine, musky drydown. The citrus opening juxtaposes the dark drydown quite a bit, but that’s what makes Eros Energy what it is. I prefer the drydown more than the opening. Longevity is great at around 6, 8 hours, and projection is moderate to strong. Overall, a great fragrance at a reasonable price. Eros Energy is one of those fragrances you can count on to just work.”
“It opens with an explosive effect, like the sugary lemon left over from a strong "cool lime" drink, then gradually evolves into a scent more akin to Creed Aventus. Yes, I'm not kidding, it's just that instead of pineapple, there's more of a scent bomb of fresh citrus peels. I could detect the original Eros DNA on my skin for about an hour before it dried. Many people said it smelled very different. But based on my experience, I can swear it smells like an Aventus clone. Of course, it's much more sensible in terms of price/performance. It can be comfortably used in spring and summer.”
“I'm not a fan of Versace. That being said, this is my favorite of their whole line with a tie for the original Eros. Smells like a juicy bowl of fruits. Not sexy, but energizing. Drydown is similar to a smoky birch, but not a smoky birch. Great budget scent for the summer, but not for me, maybe someone younger.”
