“Super fresh opening, I really like it. Midway you start sensing the metallic notes and the lavender. Late into the dry down it becomes soapy. Performance on my batch is quite mediocre 2-3 hours of decent projection and sillage, then it becomes a skin scent for like 2 more hours. It sticks on clothes but you really need to get your nose close. It's early fall right now and temps are starting to drop, I hope this will perform better in the summer.”
“To SaintTI: No, it does not. This was my daily driver but the new one smells rancid in the dry down in my skin - I'm very sad about that. The OG Puig one was the best. Batches before 2025 were good too, but lacked performance. These last batches are a different formula and imo they killed what was a beautiful more elegant version of Sauvage. If you like this profile but don't like Sauvage, I'd recommend you try Jo Malone Silver Birch & Lavender.”
“This smells clean and fresh. It smells like what a professional would wear. I understand now why they compare it to Sauvage but this is like 30-40% Sauvage. The sillage isn't great - it's an arm length at maximum. But it is what it is I guess because you wanna keep it professional and less loud. Therefore this perfume is perfect for office wear.Longevity is hopeless on the skin, but it will last 8+ hours on clothes.Get this if you wanna smell good in the office without being cloying.”
