“This is a fresher more zingy version of the original l’homme. The opening bright and uplifting with ginger and neroli. The mid is that powder iris. And the drydown turns soapy clean.Beautiful rendition of the original l’homme but I still prefer the original which can be used in almost all the same situations. Th original also has more lasting powers and the cardamom there is smoother on the nose than the ginger here.”

“It's very similar to the original l'homme with some added freshness. I honestly think its redundant if you already have l'homme though, and it doesn't have the same amazing drydown and performance either. On its own its still a great scent, but personally I have some buyers remorse because I wrongly believed I'd like this even more than the original one.”

L'eau shares that original L'homme dna with the gorgeous iris note, but l'eau is a little bit more on the fresher side, has a little more neroli and in my opinion is more powdery. Clean, Versatile, inoffensive, office safe, classy iris fagrance! Longevity is good 5-6 hours, projection is mild, becomes a close to the skin fragrance after 1h.”
