“Stopped in to Penhaligons Edinburgh yesterday and fell in love with Petra. I know I’m supposed to pick up licorice but my nose gets peach. It’s a beautiful Peach Amber fragrance and the longevity is pretty good. I like Arthur (recently added to collection) but his longevity isn’t the best. Petra has much more staying power. My new Winter favorite.”
“Sticky sweet licorice, molasses and myrrh. Some fennel and spices but the drydown is super sweet licorice and myrrh. The vanilla and benzoin are there, drowning in the overall sweetness of the scent. So viscous and heavy. I like it but when can I wear this? Christmas and the coldest days of winter. I love the sweet spiced trail, the sillage is very nice.Unisex. Very unusual scent.”
