“I love almost all Lalique men's offerings and this is no exception. Opens with citrus and pepper, and dries down to a beautiful light citrus musk. PDM Galloway is close on the dry down, but I find White's opening to be much more memorable. If it could keep that opening longer, it'd perhaps be a top 10 all time scent for me. I've tried layering with Galloway but Galloway swallows up the opening. I hope some extrait clone house dupes this, cuz I'd be there for it!”
“I've had this for about a year & like it. It is definitely similar to PDM's Galloway. The opening is a nice, light citrus, cut w/ the sharpness of pepper. After 20-30 minutes, this gives way to what I perceive as nutmeg & pepper w/ some supporting musk. I wish this was a linear scent b/c the opening is very nice. The dry down isn't unpleasant, it just is what it is. This is nice & inoffensive & I usually wear it to the office or gym. I would classify it as a fragrance for older men. Performance is below average.”
“Beautiful opening with citrus and a slightly flowery/soapy scent, mediocre initial dry down to something woody, transforms on dry down once more to something musty. The longevity on this is terrible. If it was more linear and kept some of the opening notes then it would be a great fragrance. Only useful for freshening up and giving you a boost in the morning. At least it is inexpensive.”
