“I got this for my Dad for his birthday, per his wishes. The opening is VERY medicinal. I have worked as a veterinary assistent and the disinfectant we used (Dettol) smells super similar to this fragrance. Not unpleasant but you have to like it. I can also see why some people say it smells like bandaids.Once the top notes have faded though, it does get more wearable. Projection is decent and longevity is great! Definitely a unique mens fragrance, not something you come across often. This would pass as a niche perfume to my nose.”

The newer batch from Spain I tried was hardly a shadow of its former self. The Spain version may be more wearable and tame, but the original batches are phenomenal and interesting.”

“Given this a few wearings in the cold weather which is ideal for this scent in my opinion.I’m different from most of the reviews, I really enjoy the opening with its beautiful medicinal quality. When I first sprayed it I thought wow I like where this is going !Unfortunately that fades after 10 minutes and what’s left for the next 8 hours to my nose is a linear leather and dry wood note. Nothing else ! Decent sillage and longevity though.Overall you need to really love the drydown or you will likely get bored of it like I did.”
