“After it has fully dried down it smells nice but I can't help but be reminded of Montblanc Legend EDP (even the bottles are similar with the black lacquered effect).Performance is "OK" but not worthy of the Elixir label. Nice but way overpriced and therefore for me, not worth buying - would rather get the aforementioned Montblanc Legend EDP for a similar effect with similar performance at a fraction of the price.”
“I tried it on my skin, but for me it is unnecessary expansion of the series. It is very expensive - the price is nonsense. In the drydown it smells more of Laddanum - it slightly reminds me of Tom Ford Costa Azzurra perfume in the drydown.Costa Azzurra is a much better summer fragrance in this price range.”
“What do they put in these nowadays? This new version of old AdG has nuclear longevity. Or more like cockroach longevity as it could survive a nuclear blast. I sprayed on top of wrist and three days later I can still smell it. Three days. Fourth day it was gone. And I practice normal hygienic measures mind you. Sports. Showers daily. It’s summer. And three days! That’s just too much.”
