“This reminds me of Neon by Thomas Kosmala, take away the mango, swap it for coconut, add a heavy dose of ambroxan on the dry down. I loved the opening but the dry down has too much ambroxan. I have Arizona Bloom and I don't find that these are similar at all. That is a dry and woody coconut your skin but better scent, this has some sugary syrup in the dry down next to the ambroxan. Ordered an official sample.”
“the dry down reminds me of a fugazzi's extrait de parfum version of angel dust and oddly enough mugler's angel amber-y base without the patchouli. the opening can smell a bit like real butter if you overspray it and that can be unpleasant to some. despite its peculiarities i don't think it smells offensive at all, and i'm looking forward to wearing it frequently this summer. the longevity's alright. hopefully the roughness of the opening subsides the longer i leave the cap off because as much as i like the smell of butter i don't necessarily enjoy smelling it on me..”
“Not keen on the opening to this, I feel like it just smells like a swimming pool… like sitting by a nice swimming pool in Greece or something but a swimming pool none the less 😂 the dry down is very beautiful though, clean musky and very summery and to my nose leans slightly masculine.”
