“Even hours after application I still get mostly almonds and a powdery iris. Good longevity and projection. I wouldn`t say it`s a must have but worth checking out if your looking for a top quality, velvety, sweet, soothing, cosy scent.Edit: The longevity and projection is out of this world!!!!!!!!!”

“Velvet Tonka smells like marzipan seasoned with fruity freshness, maybe orange blossom. Later it settles to a short lived almondy, amberwoody bliss. It is weak and lasts max two hours.I did second sampling to make sure whether Velvet Tonka's performance really is as poor as it seemed the first time. And yes, it is. I no longer have the patience with these high-priced niche bottles that smell heavenly but have terrible longevity.”
