“Cloves are predominant in the opening but I’m a sucker for most all scents with a cypress accord. Lavender is listed as an opening note but I can smell it through the dry down and it’s sweet, powdery vibe. Fragrances with too strong of a powder accord are not my favorites.Bottom line, love the opening; the dry down, not so much.”

“Love this here. Yep, opening is full of cloves son! Reminds me a lot of L'Instant De Guerlain somehow, in the opening, which I love as well. Then... It slowly transforms into this beautiful barbershop style fougaire that is as unique as the house is.I didn't have any issues with the cloves after the 1hr mark, nor was performance an issue. Although I think this should get more love than it does. At least a 9/10 for me and full bottle worthy if you like to smell like a man!”

“High end luxury fougere with strong clove opening that makes is somewhat gourmound(my grandparents made alot clove based meals)...very musculin with crowd pleasing drydown.Not for everyobe but you cannot dispute its artistry although with more wearing everyone will definitely like this more and more. Dressed up but you can pull it of casualy. Longevity and projection are on Amouage level. It is a gem IMO.Great and unique stuff!”
