Imperia by Rayhaan captures the fruity-fresh opening and creamy base character of Aventus quite competently, with the pineapple and bergamot top notes translating well. However, the clone lacks the sophisticated woody depth and animalic qualities that make Aventus distinctive, particularly in the oak moss and ambergris components which give the original its luxurious texture.
Imperia performs adequately in longevity and projection but feels slightly thinner and less complex overall. The woody-amber foundation is notably softer, making the clone appear more linear and less refined than the original's multi-faceted dry-down.
