Killer Oud Revolution captures the fresh citrus opening and prominent oud character of Reflection Man reasonably well, though the incense and ambroxan blend in the original feels slightly more refined and luminous. The clone performs adequately in longevity and sillage but lacks some of the sophisticated aromatic complexity that makes the Amouage version stand out, particularly in how the vetiver and sandalwood integrate with the base.
The original has a more transparent, crystalline quality with better note separation, while the clone presents a slightly denser, more linear interpretation. Longevity and projection are comparable, but the clone's incense and spice notes feel less nuanced than the original's refined ambroxan-forward dry down.
