Paris Corner Emir
Best Boadicea The Victorious Blue Sapphire Dupe
The Triumphant Sapphire captures the bright citrus opening and floral heart of Blue Sapphire reasonably well, with comparable lemon-chamomile top notes and rose-jasmine development. However, the clone tends to soften the saffron spice and slightly mutes the woody oud character in the base, resulting in a less assertive dry-down compared to Boadicea's more prominent resinous finish.
The original features a more pronounced oud-forward base with stronger spice accords, while the clone delivers a softer, more linear floral interpretation with reduced projection in the final hours. Paris Corner's version is slightly sweeter and less complex overall.
