“Compared it to Liquid Brun, I think they are very similar. Both have a harsh opening - so powerful I felt like my nose might start to bleed. The drydown is also similar - strong spices - with cloves(?) being especially noticeable. Their performance is similar as well: both last about two hours on my skin with modest sillage. The main difference - Masterpiece has been 3 times cheaper for me. Also I compared both to Zara Radiant Echo, and I think Zara is the smoothest with better performance.”
“I haven't smelled Althaïr nor any of its clones but this stuff is soo good, instantly likible , especially if you love vanilla scents. Great from first spray even without maceration, costs lot more cheaper even than Liquid Brun.Longevity and sillage are not very powerful, so you can overspray, maybe it will change after maceration, but for that price - great deal.”
“Perfect fragrance for autumn/winter. I was looking for such fragrance for quite some time, since I'm not very much into boozy/overly sweat scents. This one has a perfect level of elegance, cozyness and spices, it feels soft and gives comfort. I can also smell an apple which is refreshing. It's not too heavy so I can easily wear it to work. It's longlasting - I can smell it on my scarf the next day. Love it!”
