Sun Java Intense

“This smells like a bag of Skittles and a pack of Starburst! On me the sillage, projection and longevity are extreme. The only fragrance that I have that performs better is Kerosene Followed. I get many compliments wearing this.”

“I get a sweet citrusy mashup that is VERY synthetic with a hint of mint up top. There’s also musky undertone that makes it manly. It has about 6-8hrs of projection which is great. However, I don't wear it very often because it has a weird funky chemical undertone.I recently got the original sun java thinking that unpleasant undertone was the tobacco. Well, no. It's still there but I noticed this has a "dirt" note which is probably the tobacco. The original doesn't. However they're still 97% the same and basically indistinguishable. The intense lasts twice as long though.”

“Spent some more time with this since my initial review, I've also picked up a bottle of YSL l'Homme Ultime in between. This definitely seems like it shares strong similarities with l'Homme Ultime. The ginger note is not present, but the citrus, and rose, and cedar are very similar. I wouldn't call this a clone, but definitely a cousin.”
