Abraaj Valour captures the fresh citrus opening and floral heart of Interlude quite well, with a similar progression into woody-amber drydown. However, the clone tends to have slightly less complexity in the heart notes and a softer projection of the oud in the base, making it feel somewhat less refined and commanding than the original.
The original Interlude has greater depth and sillage, with a more prominent and refined oud presence in the base. Abraaj Valour's longevity is adequate but trails behind the designer version, and the overall composition feels slightly flattened in comparison.
