Best Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Dupe
Dua's Apple of Grenada captures the fruity-floral heart and woody base of Pomegranate Noir quite well, with faithful recreations of the pomegranate, plum, and rose accords. The main shortfall is a slightly thinner aromatic structure—it lacks some of the original's subtle resinous complexity from opoponax and olibanum, resulting in a less layered dry-down.
The clone's longevity and sillage are marginally lighter than the original, and it misses some of the incense-like depth that gives Pomegranate Noir its sophisticated finish. Top-note citrus elements also feel less prominent in the opening.
