βThis smells similar to the original, but it is much weaker. The dry down smells like I used a nice soap. It is a skin scent. However, there is a slight weird dirty smell (sort of like a public bathroom) mixed in initial scent and on dry down. It isnβt a strong smell but it is noticeable.β
βThis is a decent take of YSL's Black Opium. Compared to the original, it has a spicier opening, which kinda reminds me of Phlur's Vanilla Skin. It also sports a less sweet dry-down, which is exactly what I wish it had more of, however it's nothing a vanilla forward perfume oil layered underneath won't fix. Longevity and sillage are decent, nothing to write home about.β
βThis was my first and will be my only purchase from Dossier. Plastic, this smells like plastic. Do I smell vanilla? A bit. Do I smell amber? I guess if the amber here is the plastic note. Bummer. I saw so many positive reviews for this fragrance and house, but I am not impressed.β
