“This is a fantastic clone of Santal 33. I’ve tried others and didn’t find them nearly as close as this one. I compared both side by side and this one lasted longer. It doesn’t have the greatest sillage, but people have definitely smelled me close and complimented me.I asked my boyfriend to smell and he loves it. He said it smells like fresh paper. I smell the cucumber and leather at first. Then it settles into the the cedar and sandalwood leather combo.I absolutely love this scent and could wear it everyday.”
“This really does not smell like Santal 33 at all beyond the fact that yes, the base note is also sandalwood. This actually has a lot more dimension than Santal 33 in my opinion, almost slightly sweet and very green top notes that stand out in a way that they do not in the original. Santal 33 is more of a layering scent in my opinion, this is not. I don't know if I like it better, it's just a little more complex, and I would not consider it a viable dupe.”
