The Scoop
Aroma West's interpretation captures the citrus-oud balance of the original fairly well, though the oud projection tends to feel softer and less animalic than Initio's refined rendering. The heart notes are reasonably close, but the clone struggles to replicate the original's sophisticated complexity and depth, resulting in a more straightforward scent experience.
Key Differences
The clone's oud lacks the distinctive intensity and character of the original, with noticeably shorter longevity and reduced sillage. The overall composition feels flatter and less nuanced compared to Initio's layered approach.
