Monarch Al Wataniah captures the fresh fruity opening and floral heart of Fenty reasonably well, with comparable bergamot brightness and peony sweetness. However, the base differs noticeably—the clone features a cleaner white musk profile while the original has richer amber depth, resulting in a slightly airier dry-down that doesn't quite match the original's sensual finish.
The clone's base is noticeably lighter and more synthetic-feeling compared to Fenty's warmer amber and musk blend. Longevity and sillage are also moderately reduced, with the clone projecting less intensity throughout the wearing period.
