Al Qiam Silver captures the citrus-forward opening and spiced heart of Bvlgari reasonably well, with a similar fresh-aromatic character in the opening phase. However, the clone lacks the complexity of the guaiac wood and brazilian rosewood found in the original's base, resulting in a slightly flatter dry-down with less depth and refinement.
The original has superior woody complexity and balsamic richness in the base, while Al Qiam Silver offers a more straightforward, budget-friendly interpretation with slightly less longevity. The clone's opening is brighter but the mid-to-base transition feels less seamless than the designer fragrance.
